One of the bad things about blogging about something that happened a month ago...

it could have happened a year ago as far as my memory is concerned so the details are vague.

 Rex appears to have already eaten so I guess I was letting him play with the spoon?

 He seems to be fascinated

We probably had homemade pizza

 I'm pretty sure Lyla was pouting because Aiden wasn't home/couldn't come over.

I think.

 This is just to show how much Rex LOVES bathtime

I know he will love it even more once he can sit up and play more!

I've been stopping next to that sign every morning for drop-off and never noticed. 

No idea about the story behind it.

Lyla and Miley have been talking about a playdate for the longest time. Miley's mom, Christy, and I would joke about how our girls would come home and say, "I'm going over to Miley's/Lyla's house today." They didn't seem to care that their moms didn't know about their plans. Finally one Sunday afternoon, Lyla was complaining of being bored so I texted Christy to see if Miley could come over. These two had a blast! Lyla said more than once, "this is the BEST.DAY.EVER!" The ran through the sprinkler, played dress-up (pictures in my phone--sorry), played on the swingset, posed for silly photos, had a snack, and a bath. Sounds like the best.day.ever to me.

She is such a strong and inspiring mom
